The numbers are audited

Every group is measured the same way: units from tips that were timestamped when posted and settled by the real result.

Who posts the tips

Tips come from the owner and the staff they choose. Members read, comment and can copy a tip onto their own record; posting into the group is a permission the owner gives.

Who charges you

A paid group is a monthly subscription charged by us, not by the owner: the invoice is ours and so is the VAT. Your card is held by Stripe, and the owner never sees it.

Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you like, here or in Stripe's portal. You keep access to the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded.

If the group removes you

If a group removes you mid-period, the unused days go back to the card that paid. If you leave on your own, there is no refund and your access runs to the end of the period.
