AuditSports Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AuditSports, including the website at auditsports.app and the services, features and communities made available through it (collectively, the “Service”).
AuditSports is operated by NeptuneWorks LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States (“NeptuneWorks”, “AuditSports”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AuditSports.
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
We do not currently perform identity or age verification solely for the purpose of confirming this age requirement. Providing false information about your eligibility may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. What AuditSports is
AuditSports is a sports information, community and performance-tracking platform.
The Service allows users to publish and track sports predictions or picks, participate in groups and discussions, view rankings and statistics, and use other sports-related community features.
AuditSports may use sports data and other information to verify or audit the outcome of published picks and calculate statistics such as win rate, profit, return on investment, average odds, streaks and rankings.
AuditSports is not a bookmaker
AuditSports is not a bookmaker, casino, betting exchange or gambling operator.
AuditSports does not:
- accept or place wagers;
- execute bets on behalf of users;
- determine bookmaker odds;
- hold or take custody of betting stakes;
- guarantee access to any bookmaker;
- guarantee winnings or betting outcomes.
Any decision to place a wager with a third-party gambling operator is made independently by the user and is governed by that operator’s terms and applicable law.
Nothing on AuditSports constitutes financial, investment or professional gambling advice.
3. Accounts
Some features require an AuditSports account.
You agree to provide accurate information where requested and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not:
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- sell, transfer or improperly share your account;
- create accounts to evade suspensions, restrictions or bans;
- use multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, votes, engagement, statistics or promotions;
- obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another account.
We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with applicable law.
4. Picks, statistics and audited results
AuditSports is designed to improve transparency around sports predictions by recording picks and their outcomes.
We make reasonable efforts to calculate results and statistics accurately using available sports data. However, sports data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected after publication or supplied incorrectly by third parties.
Accordingly:
- audited results may be corrected;
- statistics and rankings may be recalculated;
- match or event information may change following official corrections;
- temporary discrepancies do not create an entitlement to compensation.
Users must not manipulate or attempt to manipulate picks, results, timestamps, odds, rankings or performance statistics.
5. Groups
Users may create and participate in groups subject to the features currently available on AuditSports.
The creator or designated owner of a group (“Group Owner”) is responsible for managing that group and for the content and activity they provide through it.
AuditSports provides the technical platform but does not create, endorse or guarantee the quality of a user-created group.
We may moderate, restrict, archive or close groups where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law or maintain the integrity and security of the Service.
Ownership of eligible groups may be transferred where the Service supports that functionality.
6. Paid features
AuditSports may introduce paid groups, subscriptions, promotional prizes or other commercial features in the future.
New paid functionality is currently disabled.
Unless and until such functionality is expressly made available, these Terms do not constitute an offer to provide a paid service.
Before a user enters into a paid transaction, AuditSports will provide the applicable price, billing conditions, cancellation information, refund conditions and any additional terms required for that transaction.
Additional terms may apply to paid services and promotions.
7. Rankings and promotions
AuditSports may display rankings based on performance metrics such as profit, win rate, average odds or other published criteria.
We may correct rankings where data is corrected or where manipulation, abuse, technical errors or breaches of these Terms are identified.
AuditSports does not currently offer cash prizes.
A position in a ranking does not create an entitlement to a prize unless a specific promotion expressly provides otherwise.
Where AuditSports offers monetary or other prizes, separate promotion rules may apply and will be presented before participation where required.
8. User Content
“User Content” includes picks, posts, comments, chat messages, group descriptions, profile information, images and other material submitted or published by users.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the original User Content you create, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By submitting User Content to AuditSports, you grant NeptuneWorks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt that content to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide AuditSports;
- display the content to the audiences you select or to the public where applicable;
- maintain backups and technical integrity;
- moderate and enforce these Terms;
- investigate abuse or security incidents;
- operate rankings, auditing and historical integrity features;
- promote AuditSports using content that was made publicly available through the Service, subject to applicable law.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to NeptuneWorks.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to publish the content you submit.
9. Responsibility for User Content
Users, including tipsters and Group Owners, are responsible for the content they publish and the representations they make.
AuditSports does not guarantee:
- the quality or profitability of a tipster or group;
- the accuracy of opinions or analysis published by users;
- future results based on historical performance;
- that following a user’s picks will result in profit.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not use AuditSports to:
- publish unlawful content;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- manipulate rankings, votes, engagement or statistics;
- harass, threaten or abuse others;
- publish another person’s private information without lawful justification;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- scrape, crawl or automate access in a manner that materially disrupts the Service or circumvents technical restrictions;
- probe, attack or attempt to bypass security controls;
- circumvent account restrictions or moderation measures;
- falsely represent betting results, performance or identity;
- use the Service in connection with unlawful gambling activity;
- otherwise use AuditSports in violation of applicable law.
11. Moderation and enforcement
We may review reports and investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- remove or restrict content;
- limit visibility;
- remove rankings or statistics affected by manipulation;
- restrict particular features;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- restrict participation in groups;
- archive or close groups;
- preserve information where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution or enforcement.
Moderation may involve automated technical rules as well as human review.
Where appropriate and required by applicable law, we may provide information about the reason for a restriction and available means of contesting it.
You may contact [email protected] regarding moderation or legal issues.
We may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful content, serious abuse or legal obligations.
12. Reports and illegal content
Users may report content or behaviour that they believe violates these Terms or applicable law through the reporting mechanisms made available by AuditSports or by contacting us.
Reports should contain enough information for us to identify and assess the relevant content or conduct.
Knowingly submitting fraudulent or abusive reports may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.
13. Account deletion and reactivation
You may request deletion of your AuditSports account through the account security controls made available by the Service.
After a valid deletion request:
- the account enters a pending-deletion state;
- active authentication sessions are revoked;
- certain account activity is restricted;
- a 30-day grace period begins;
- during that period, you may be able to cancel the deletion by signing in again and completing the reactivation process.
Submitting another deletion request does not restart or extend the original grace period.
Where applicable, the effective deletion date may be later than 30 days if completion is temporarily prevented by an existing paid-access period, unresolved financial obligation, legal requirement or another legitimate processing blocker.
Once irreversible deletion processing begins, reactivation may no longer be possible.
What happens after finalisation
Depending on the type of data and its purpose:
- account and profile data may be deleted;
- personal preferences and account relationships may be deleted;
- personal avatar files may be removed;
- published picks, posts, comments or chat messages may remain but be dissociated or pseudonymised;
- information necessary for security, audit integrity, dispute resolution, financial reconciliation or legal compliance may be retained where appropriate.
Account deletion therefore does not necessarily mean that every record historically associated with an account is immediately erased.
Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual property
Except for User Content and third-party material, AuditSports and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, databases, ranking systems, graphics, text and other proprietary material are owned by or licensed to NeptuneWorks.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of AuditSports intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected parts of the Service except where expressly permitted by law or by NeptuneWorks.
15. Third-party services and data
AuditSports relies on or interacts with third-party infrastructure, sports-data providers and other external services.
Third-party data may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.
Links or references to third-party services, including gambling operators where applicable, do not mean that AuditSports operates, controls or guarantees those services.
Your relationship with a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that third party.
16. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep AuditSports available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or other technical circumstances.
We may add, change or remove features as the Service evolves.
Where a change materially affects users’ contractual rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
17. Beta and evolving features
AuditSports may make beta, experimental or developing functionality available.
Such functionality may change, contain errors or be withdrawn.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AuditSports at any time and may request account deletion as described above.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- material or repeated breaches of these Terms;
- fraud or manipulation;
- security threats;
- unlawful activity;
- abuse of other users or the Service;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide reasons and available review mechanisms.
Termination does not automatically require deletion of information that we are entitled or required to retain.
19. Disclaimers
Sports predictions are inherently uncertain.
AuditSports does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability or success of any pick, tipster, group, statistic or ranking.
You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through AuditSports.
If you choose to gamble, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction and for managing the financial risks involved.
20. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeptuneWorks is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from:
- reliance on user-generated predictions or analysis;
- gambling decisions made outside AuditSports;
- third-party sports data errors;
- third-party services;
- temporary Service interruptions;
- unauthorised conduct by other users that NeptuneWorks could not reasonably have prevented.
For consumers, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as AuditSports evolves or where necessary for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons.
The current version and effective date will be published on AuditSports.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
22. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply regardless of that choice.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply to you, including mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right to bring a dispute before a court or other competent body where such right is granted by mandatory applicable law.
